Summer saw the Clarkwests taking a trip out to Utah -- even Andrew, who hadn't been back to "Zion" for three years, and was reputed to be in danger of losing his good standing in the Church. Great fun was had by all three, especially by Soren, who enjoyed camping both in the highlands of central Utah and on the shores of Lake Powell. He loved Grandma and Grandpa Everitt's "fifth wheel", had great fun at Hogle Zoo and Utah County's new dinosaur museum, and took to the water at Powell with enthusiasm. Zoe got a rare opportunity to showcase her ability with a four-wheeler and water skiing. Andrew, though less skilled than Zoe at those activities, also had a great time, despite having to study for his qualifying exams throughout the two weeks (unfortunately we have no pictures of him sitting back perusing research on organizational sociology by the shore of Lake Powell).

two graduations, Andrew's from the Masters in Public Policy program at
Harvard's Kennedy School of Government, and Soren's from Harvard's Oxford
Street Pre-School. For the former we had the pleasure of a visit from Caryn
